You don't need to be a mechanic to return a hire car in perfect shape. Five small habits cover nearly everything — and they keep your deposit fully intact.
Glance at tyres every morning
Dubai heat and highway speeds punish soft tyres. A ten-second look at each corner for bulges or visible sag is enough. Anything odd? Photograph it and message us — driving on a damaged tyre is never worth the risk, and our replacement car is free.
Respect fluids and fuel
We hand over every car with a full tank and topped-up fluids. Return it full and the fuel question disappears. If a warning light appears mid-hire, pull over safely and call our 24/7 line before adding anything yourself — the wrong fluid costs more than the wait.
Beat the sand and sun
Shake out floor mats after desert trips, use the sunshade when parked, and never leave the interior baking with the roof down. Sand in seat rails and sun-cracked trim are the two most common — and most avoidable — return deductions anywhere in the Emirates.
Keep the paperwork in the glovebox
Registration, insurance and our support number travel with the car. Leave them there. If you are stopped at a checkpoint or need assistance, everything the officer or the recovery driver asks for is within reach.
Follow this and the return inspection takes five minutes. Questions mid-hire? Call +971 4 456 7890 any time, day or night.
